I cannot download on my phone three monthly statement. I can only view them?!

The 3rd Problem is: It shows an address on my statements which I NEVER gave to FNB. The 1st time I opened this account was on another address. Where did they get that OLD address from? It needs to be corrected, and I am not going into a branch>
