FNB - Bongani Ndembe the worst ***** investigator there is WONDER IF HE IS THE INSIDE CONTACT.

I have reported a **** to fnb on the 8th of November 2023. Bongani Ndembe has been assigned my case as a case worker. Fnb policy says that within 3 days documents like affidavits and supporting documents has to be submitted. Yet it is 12 business days and I have not yet been contacted or asked for any documents, I have emailed it to him on my own I have also sent police case numbers and the transfer to CCI P Comm gauteng. I have also requested on email information that I had to supply hawks with and still no reply. My business is not operating since this started and my transporters are fighting for there money that they worked for. This is unacceptable. I have also called on a daily basis to see what is happening and ***** consultants can't give you and answer but they are in the ***** department then I why are they there is they can't answer. Complaints can't do nothing as they do not know the process on ***** investigations, And you cannot be put through to your investigator so why is there a person assigned to a case that you can't get hold of because clearly he doesn't answer emails. It leads me to question is this the guys that has the ****mers have contact with in the bank. Are my ****mers accounts still blocked or did he unblock it for them to remove their funds, am I gonna get my money back or am I gonna or am I one of those people who get ****med put their trust in their bank and get ****med further. I need answers, reading the reviews here on hello Peter about this Bongani Ndembe shows me that he does it to most people. Their has been bad reviews similar to mine in 2021 and he is still doing the samething that's not fair fnb why are you guys messing with people's lively woods.
