FNB BOND SUCKS
FNB keep on sending account in arears letters on a bond cancelled 3 months ago

19 Jan 2022, 15:34FNB are always escalating complaints but is is never resolved it now has been more than 3 months of escalating the same complaint then a moth later the same problem pops up again. Train you staff to do their job.If people add notes to the computer system saying account paid up and account closed, how can somebody else now come and add admin fees again etc. your excuses are lame
