Fnb bond interests
Hello,I have a problem with fnb home loans, I'm doing a salary deduction from my company for my home loan payment, last month they said my bond is in arrears, I called and ask the consultant how come is in arrears, they said they don't know they will investigate it,even today am waiting for them to give me the answer, its being two months then I have to pay extra fees which I don't know where does it comes from Please help with this.They said they will call me last week Friday on 8th of May 2026 even now am waiting, I even wrote emails no response.

I am still waiting for them,they call me last week and I didn't like what they wanted to do,shifting blame to my payroll and on my side everything is done correct according to the figures/payment amount from Fnb,so they said today via email that they will call me within two days to explain what cause the arrears.
And they promised that for the month of May its been correct for the right monthly payment. But all I wanted to know is where does it come from and why ?
