FNB Bond Division - POOR SERVICE

FNB Home Loans are the most *********** division I have had to deal with ...Emails get ignored because they are no longer receiving money from Bond repayments because I have paid up the loan....now that I want information about a Refund my requests are ignored . I have requested a Senior Managers details but this is not forthcoming in order that my problem / query can be handled ...To add insult to injury this is the 2ND TIME I am complaining via Hellopeter because this is the ONLY way to get someone at FNB to action a request
