FNB Bond Division Non-Existent Service

FNB Homeloans are non-existent when it comes to replying to written queries . I have had NO response to an email requesting information on my Bond resulting is huge inconvenience to me ...I had to go to a branch who then had to call the Bond division by telephone and they were kept holding for more than 15 minutes !!!....The service is NON-EXISTENT but charging fees is the first priority .....To this day I am still awaiting feedback on a written Email query ....
