FNB Bond department is Useless

I asked FNB for the settlement of my home loan in March 2025, they gave me an amount and I paid, the full amount to FNB in march 2025. Now they don't want to give me my house dead as they are saying my bond is behind and all the fees is not paid I have proof of the email FNB send me of the amount and the proof of payment.

FNB refuses to assist as they are the once that gave me the wrong amounts and now they refuse to sort out the issues and give me my papers.

FNB is not a bank I will recomend or ever use again. FNB bond department needs to get some serious traning and get there act together
