FNB bond clearance figures!!

My husband and I are in the process of selling a property and due to FNB's incompetency we're going to lose our sale.

The attorneys have been waiting a month for something as simple as clearance figures from the bank.

Why should it be so hard to GIVE a bank money, we're not asking for a bond we're asking for a settlement.

I really hope that FNB does not lose this sale for us as I will cancel all my accounts with them.
