FNB - Bond Cancellation figures

I'm giving one star as it is apparently the minimum one can give.

Utterly disgustingly unacceptable service. As a Private Client one would expect acceptable service. Being a Private Client clearly means nothing. Its just an excuse to take more of your money in fees.

I'm STILL waiting for bond cancellation figures and as a result, now have to pay occupational rent as FNB is solely responsible for the hold up of the entire process. As I'm typing this, the phone call to FNB is 40mins and 37sec without any joy. Still waiting...

What is going on at FNB?? This is outrageous.
