FNB Bond Cancellation Department

So my bond cancellation attorneys have requested clearnance figures from the cancellation department. I completed the application fir cancellation figures, signed it and the cancellations department is now requesting that I visit a branch and obtain a signature card....JUST to be able to get cancellation figures!!!! This is absolutely ridiculous. I don't have the time to go to a branch and get my signature verified just to get cancellation figures on my bond. Being a private wealth client l, I don't understand WHAT the reasoning is behind this. It is a waste of valuable time and money!!! Never ever with any other bank did I have to do this to get cancellation figures. Absolutelt ridiculous!!!!
