FNB Bond Cancellation

I am moving my bond away from FNB, and have notified them months ago about the change.

I am unable to register the new bond as FNB is not cooperating in the cancellation of a collateral bond still held over the property.

I've worked through ***, gave them a week to cooperate, and a week later now, I've not received any correspondence.

Utterly frustrating.
