Fnb bond

Good Day

Ive never received such bad service from FNB, ive been pushed from pillar to post and i have not received any joy! My late father has a bond with FNB, i have contacted FNB to trying to wine up my father estate and have submitted all necessary documents, as per FNB request ( April 2021 ) at Kwa Mashu bridge city branch. I have done numerous follow up via the contact center.

Just to the name a few on the 25 August 2021: called the contact center spoke to Seziba Khensani ,who further referred me to nomathasanqa Mhlomeli and still was not assisted. I send out emails every week to be specific, to these particular individuals and unfortunately i do not get a response. On the 23 September 2021 spoke to a gentleman name of A Smith ( ***) who promised to do a follow up and get back to me. Unfortunately he also did not keep his word, i tried again to reach out to him on the 30 september 2021 via the email channel , not respond till date.
