FNB Boksburg very useless

FNB Boksburg most pathetic branch ever. Imagine having to go back to the branch 3times and not being assisted. Staff is rood and then they will rather sit and complete application forms for customers instead of helping the rest of the customers in the que. I am moving all my personal account and my business account to a bank that actually gives a **** about their customers
