Fnb bogus advertising

I have been on the fnb app from 23:50 on 24 November 2023 till 01:30 25 November 2023 awaiting to take the black friday special on the Playstation 5 contract for R185-00 for 36 months. Unfortunately I was not granted access to the the deal, it's so unfortunate that deals are posted but not fulfilled, this needs to be taken up to the ombudsman. bogus advertising. Whom can be contacted at fnb regarding false advertising?
