fnb body corporate account woes

this has gone from bad to worse:

>> I just need help - I've phone FNB and have been sent fro pillar ot post. I need to open 2 Body Corporate accounts, but nobody seems to know what that is and what paper work I need. I need help getting enterprise banking for these accounts since that is the only way ite seems to get levels of user access to the accounts. Please can someone help
