FNB Boardwalk Richards Bay must pay back my money
The major anomaly with the FNB Richards Bay Boardwalk is that after the account was settled with them on Wednesday, 27 March 2024, they continued to debit an exorbitant amount for two months thereafter. The Assistant Manager was unbecoming and not helping in getting the refund due. FNB states that the account is still on my name yet this account has been settled in full. Please be professional!!!

A frustrating heads-up on this insane issue is that FNB is STILL delaying on paying back my money owed. Starting to get what is Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) because of this situation. You better shape up or the ombudsman will come a knocking along with even higher authorities to force you to pay back the money.
