Fnb blood suckers / money grabbers.

Good morning to all, my question is how simply to fnb. Is it legal for you lot to tr and debit an account where the debit order was made not accepted and registered by the client? My story is simple in October or November as last year when I initially backed out of a debt rehab programme with NDA. They themselves NDA tried sending a debit or debit order request through Fnb. Which I in turn rejected. I then took up NDA up on their offer again and bearing in mind that I only signed papers with NDA on the second offer and rejected the first offer attempt to register the debit order with fnb and the collector being hyphen pda. In or around Feb of 2023 Fnb still has been trying till today to debt my account for Hyphen pda who collects and distributes for NDA. I simply want the debit order for Hyphen pda through fnb to be cancelled 1 because it was the not accepted by me through the fnb banking app and it was not registered on the banking app. Also cancelled because fnb is bleeding me for a R100 each month since this bogus debit order does not go through.,because of not being accepted and registered on the fnb banking app.
