FNB Blocks my cards for no reason and no one at FNB can resolve

I have a FNB Private Wealth credit card, from 1 January FNB have blocked my Credit Card, my wifes linked credit card and my petrol card. After being on the phone all day with the service suite, no one is able to resolve, I have called about 5 times and have been transferred to lines where no one picks up, I have emailed them and no one has responded. I am beyond angry and upset! My accounts are fully paid up and I have never missed a payment
