FNB Blocks credit card requiring FICA documents without any notice

FNB blocked my credit card without notice today and only then sent through that they require FICA documents. This even though I have given FNB my FICA documents in February 2020 as well as another Bank in March 2020. The other Bank didnt block my cards. Call center agent was unhelpful. I was informed that the only way to activate my card is to go to a branch with the FICA documents.... During a Covid-19 Pandemic and FNB selling itself as a digital bank they require me to go to a branch. FNB has really become useless the last couple of years. I closed an account with FNB in the last 7 days... Looks like I am going to cancel another one with them
