Fnb blocks busienss account without any notification or confirmation.
Client reported our business account as ***** but the client owes us money.
We cannot deliver any stock if it is not paid in full.
Client then wanted to cancel an imported order. Which is not possible and is stated in all our documents signed by the client.
The client still owes us R164849.02
Fnb blocks our business account without any notification, call or nothing. Just blocks it.
How is this right?

17 Mar 2025, 15:15Hi.
I want to ask. How is it possible for people / company to be able to open a ***** case so easily on a company bank account without any information or contact of the account holder? If a client is not happy they block your account wether the customer is right or wrong. Doesn't the account holder have the right to state their side of the story or case before an account is put on hold? Ive seen your hello peter is full of these complaints. In this way that FNB operates it makes it so easy for any client / person to keep a company hostage. Even if the company is not in the wrong. This is now the third time this is happening to us. First time stock was late by 1 day. Client reported out account as *****. Even though the still owed us R100 000.00 on the order. Anyways we got it sorted out. Second timeWe ran into an issue with the supplier of the 1 item that was on the invoice. They couldnt deliver the stock to us anymore and we couldn't deliver the stock to our client so we credited the company and we told them its been canceled etc. When we wanted to make payment to them on the refund our account was blocked (put on hold) Third timeClient ordered imported stock. Paid a small deposit of 90k (about 38% whereas he had to pay 50%) but we accommodated him and placed the order. Now when the balance payment is due of R164 849.02 he cant pay it and wants to cancel the order? We CANT cancel such an order. Then he calls the bank FNB, reports the account as ***** and you guys FNB blocks our business account. How does this make sense at all? Please i am not fighting with you. Or being rude. But simply trying to understand how this work?
