FNB blocks account, no access to your money

My father transferred me some funds so I could study overseas. FNB blocked my account requesting a prove of income. My father who is a customer from FNB since more than 12 years contacted FNB immediately, they insisited he must provide a afadavit , which he did. However FNB remain to keep my account blocked not allowing me to withdraw a cent from my money with the explanation now the afadavit from my father is being processed.
