FNB blocking my life

Two years I found out that Fnb flagged me as a risk 3, after months of fighting with to take it off eventually I got it off my name. A year ago they offered me a temporary loan I took it they debit my account and they reversed the amount back into my account , which was they fault .they turn it around and put me back on risk 3 for no reason after I made arrangements and paid it of, I have a credit card with fnb and never missed a payment they still put me on risk 3 . Because of this I can get any credit I don't owe no one money but my own bank gives me a bad name . I have to run up and down and sit in long queues so that I can get my name cleared of risk 3. It's been almost 2 years I am still on risk 3 . They keep telling me that I have to wait 3 months my credit will clear but its stay on risk 3 . My family is suffering because of this because they have block me from getting credit from all the financial institutions. I can't buy a car or a house or get any credit because of FNB
