FNB blocking international payment with no reason at all

FNB has blocked all my international payments with no explanation at all. Trying to call the number they recommend and you're just placed on hold for an hour straight and then the phone just hangs up. Using their secure chat is also pointless as the consultant there will just give you the same number to call and are unable to help. This is really poor service from such a bank I once held with high regard.
