FNB blocking accounts

My mothers received her money from the pension fund and fnb blocked all of her accounts. Shes gone to the parow branch and spoke with the manager who stated everything us in ordee and her account will be reinstated in 24 hours. Guess what .. it's been 38 hours and now they are claiming she doesnt have enough proof that her money us her own. How the hell is this even possible. She now cant pay any of her debt nor can she even buy food or electricity. This is the biggest sham and no one is helping her. We will be taking this to the ombudsman
