FNB blocking account with no reason. BAD BAD service

This morning all my accounts was blocked. This was noted when my wife was trying to make a payment for petrol. I called them. Took met 45 min to get through. They then said that my account needed to be verified. All it took was confirming my details.

The issue is that I received no communication on this. This also impacted do Debit orders that could not go through

Thanks FNB for putting me in shame. I've been with you guys for more than 20 years
