FNB BLOCKING A 98 year old from accessing their own money! Fica *******
FICA Nightmare and no one at FNB can HELP!! FNB has blocked my grandads account and he account access his own funds. This is discussing. He is 98 Years old and I manage his FNB account, I have signing rights. Now FNB want him to go in and FICA. He lives with me and does not have any way of showing a proof of residence. He is also not mentally or physically capable, this is why I have signing rights.

20 Sept 2022, 12:25It is now Tuesday 13:00 and still awaiting FNB to unfreeze my Granddads account. I have sent all the documents they required. The account is still frozen even though I have signing power and have provided all my fica documents.
