FNB Blocked my wife's standard account

I am a devout fnb client but what fnb does to its clients is saddening. A client of ours falsely reported ***** in an attempt to swindle us and we sent all proofs to fnb that this was a legitimate transaction. After days, fnb unblocked us but the people we paid money they worked for fnb reported them to be blocked by their banks and they are still stuck . Attempts to call fnb ***** line are always unfutile its escalation after escalation - my wife's account Yonela Mwazha Standard Bank *** *** still blocked for no reason because of fnb not calling them since they got it blocked and case is closed
