FNB blocked my ewallet for no reason, please assist.

Hi, I was recently sent an ewallet by a friend of mine on my ‪***‬ today, but for some odd reason when I tried accessing it, it says it’s been blocked, I don’t understand why because this is the first time I’ve actually been sent an ewallet before. Kindly get back to me, thank you. Talia
