FNB Blocked My E-wallet Number For No Reason

FNB blocked my number, I can't access the money for some reason I don't know. I can't use my ewallet

I have sort out help on Facebook but Noone responded.

I'm no ********, you can't just block my number.

My number is ********** 625

Please advise what's going on

Good day So they called me and said it doesn't show what happened, so why were you even blocking my number for no reason. The guy said he is still investigating and almost 2 hours later I'm still on hold. Why were you even blocking my number if you had no reason to? So much incompetence though. Please sort it out, I'm tired of holding this call. Thanks
