FNB blocked my daughter's (aged 2 years old) investment account

FNB blocked my daughter's (aged 2 years) investment account. I can't make any withdrawals from this account. Yet when I make deposits to if they gladly accept my money. I am so ****ed because I had now transferred the money to this account instead of transferring it to my bond account. When I call no one is there to assist me, when I inquire via secure chat I am told they are unable to assist me as the account is blocked due to tax non-compliant
