FNB blocked my card without prior notification and it bounced everywhere I tried to use it with no warning

I was always proud to use and promote what FNB has to offer in terms of their online service and functionality, but today I was shocked when my credit card was blocked at 8am when I wanted to make a purchase, just to realize late yesterday they requested new FICA documents, and because I did not respond overnight and submitted all he required document, I am blocked without notice or warning and have comp**** my entire life to their requirements. What would someone do on leave or in a game reserve where there are zero facilities????? This is plain Stupid and without any consideration of their customer!!
