FNB blocked my business card from international payments without notice

I have had a business account with FNB for over 5 years as i was doing my routine international payments on my Visa card it all of sudden stopped working. I was wondering maybe the merchant had a problem with their payment system, I later found out from the merchant that my card had been blocked from international payments. FNB blocked my business card without warning or notice. I then contacted them and the sent me to their forex department which they said would be a simple increasing of the limit on the card. That has proven anything but they sent me an email back saying that my company is new to the bank and that i need to send them a whole of documentation i do not have and confused by. I used my business card to receive and send payments and pay for my rent. Now im unable to do that and will be evicted soon. Be very careful of which bank you trust with your livelihood.
