FNB blocked my account without informing me...

After countless attempts of trying to get an update on my account which was blocked by FNB, an account they blocked without even informing me. I literally had to run around like a headless chicken trying to find answers, until I was told that it was blocked due to being implicated in *****. What amazes me about this case is that I have to be the one trying to contact them everyday or maybe because I have never been in a situation like this, I am not reacting properly. Again, I am not even sure how to act when you are not being updated and your life has to stop. Yesss, I am not the most paid person and I am not saying I have millions in my account, or privileged to have savings somewhere in my other bank accounts that I could be using in the mean time. So, in essence what I am saying is that , I use every cent and FNB you have inconvenienced me a lot.

I was told told that I have to submit an affidavit by the Investigator who is busy with the case, after submitting the documents, I received no acknowledgement of receipt, Like any normal frustrated person would react in this situation, I then sent the investigator my mothers medical statements, to verify my affidavit, because I don't understand what I have to do for them to take me serioulsy.

In case you are wondering, I am being crucified for receiving R20 000 from my sister who asked me to keep the money for her as savings contributions to assist in my mothers medical bills since Medical aid runs out often, my mother who has been sick since October 2017.

I still repeat, I know I am not the most person paid person in the world, but I need my money that was in the account for my debits that are bouncing because of this incovenience.
