FNB blocked my account without any update

On the 9th of September 2022, I went to withdraw some cash at the ATM, only to discover that my account has been blocked, then I went to FNB on the...... they told me my query is with ***** department, they shall call me, without them telling me why it's blocked, I have been waiting still no call. How do they block my account without my knowledge of what wrong I have done. Thats the only account l have my life has completely stoped coz l only use FNB. Now lm just stuck l cant even sell my umbrellas,dishwashers and pinegel coz some customers deposit to my FNB account.

Im kindly asking for my account to be unblocked pliz. Thank you.
