FNB blocked my account for no reason!!!!!

FNB left me in the worst possible situation day.

Yesterday as i was making a transaction ( which was declined ), i thought that FNB was experiencing technical issues. Only to find out that my account was put on Hold / Frozen / Blocked as i still don't know what is going on. My issue comes in that this is my everyday account, i use this account to buy food, get to work and back etc. I could not go to work today as i could not put fuel in my car, had to borrow money from my mother to buy food for the evening, and i cant go to work tomorrow because of this.

I tried phoning FNB today, got transferred to all departments known to man and still no one could assist. All i managed to find out is that it might be because of me buying crypto currency out of my personal account, thus i thought the Forex dept. should be able to assist, just to be no help as well.

FNB can you please unblock my account as this can turn into a very ugly situation for me.
