FNB blocked my account

FNB has blocked my account and they have not yet opened my account after I have submitted all the documents they have requested. I have a family to take care of, I can not do anything with my account because I can not transact. this Bank treats their customers badly. I've searched online and I saw many people are complaining about a same situation I'm facing.
