Fnb blocked card

I've opened a acount for my grandson that os in foster care with me. And my grand daughter. I'm struggling with my grandsons acount as it is blocked now for more than 3 weeks. I keep on sending in the papers and birth sertificate. Was in branch too but its not sorted this is unexeptable
