FNB block acount without due notice

FNB blocked my account without informing me. I only found out about that fact áfter I filled my tank with fuel not being able to pay while having enough money in my account!!!! They only sent me a notification after my card was declined stating there was outstanding FICA information. I fullfilled all their FICA requests last year when I opened the account.
