FNB blatantly **** to me.

I app**** for a bond through FNB home loans last year. I was approved for the loan but at a very high interest rate, 11.8%. After talking to the consultant trying to get it lowered, they informed me to stick with it for 1 year and they can review my interest rate after 1 year. In the 1st year i have had 2 interest rate hikes taking me to 12.30% from the original 11.8%. After the year of me paying every time a day before payment is due with a little bit extra each month. I contacted FNB to get my review to lower my rate. They informed me the rules changed from the 1st June 2015. Not only did they say i could have got reviewed after 6 MONTHS (originally told after a year) they cannot review me until 24 months have passed. I then elevated this as i was misinformed. The response i now get is i have to pay 15% of my bond before i get a review? That's 7 years? How can FNB give me 3 different answers. This is a clear indication FNB are ***** and pursuit in getting clients to sign documents under false expectations. I am now stuck with a massive interest rate. Why have i been told on email 2 different answers about the rates review. FNB are blatantly lying!
