FNB blaming DSV for card delivery
Card delivery that takes 1 month to reach FNB Republic on Fern. FNB is blaming DVS. So FNB has billed me R299 service fees for the account but failed to get my card to the branch. Am I being punished because I did not want the card delivered to my house and pay the R100 plus fee. FNB.. you guys can do better.
I did not do business with DSV, I did business with FNB. FNB, please call your friends at DSV and fix this.

I had rock solid plans to collect this card and now I have to spend money on Uber and or Taxify because you guys messed this up. Why must the poor guy on the street pay for your mistake. SORRY does not fix anything. Please pay for the delivery. Besides,,, I have a conversation where your FNB employee says it is free. This is 2 mistakes on your part... and all you guys can say is we are sorry. I will take your sorry and calculate the losses and deduce from the amounts if it is wort it to take my business somewhere else. Check my accounts.. I am your biggest fan and this is how you treat me. Lets wipe the slate clean... and start afresh.
