FNB / BLAKE AND ASSOCIATES

When I got retrenched a few years ago I made arrangements with FNB to pay my 2 accounts monthly, no matter what these are being paid every month before the 1st of each month. However FNB have a debt collection company "Blake and Assocaites" who keep on pestering and harrassing me for the lousy R500 that is not reflecting on their account by the 27th of each month. Please what the hell! However when checking my credit score is was disgust to see that for 12 months and longer they put me down as a late payer. Can these people count or know when it is the end of the month. I am totally dismayed in FNB and not to even talk about Blake and associates a bunch of rude people to deal with. The day I don't pay they can phone me but every month 3 or 4 of them phone me no communication I hate this!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
