FNB blacklisted me when my Identity was cloned

In October 2024, I received correspondence from an application for a home loan, stating my credit card with FNB is in arrears. I got such a shock, I have never had a FNB credit card. I contacted FNB, told them I never app****, they insist I app**** and owe them money. I asked for the statements on this card as well as the original application form showing my details, including my signature. Miraculously they have lost the original application. they sent me some statements, and I do not gamble at casinos yet the card was used at casinos. Also, the card has been renewed once before, how did I pick up a card when I never app**** or even knew I had a card. Now, since 22 November 2024, FNB has been ignoring me. They refuse to acknowledge this is ***** and they have no evidence to show otherwise, which means that they should write this debt off as per law. I will be posting on social media to make people aware of the wrong doings of FNB, and to check for proof of what they say before you pay them anything. Kleinbooi Yentil, you sent me one email and demanded i pay the collection company even though you told me there is no original documents or any proof, You think I am a fool to pay for a debt I never incurred.
