FNB Black Friday PS5 fail

I am extremely disappointment and annoyed with FNB with regards to Black Friday deal PS5 they advertised/offered. Being a loyal customer from the time I was in school ( many years ago :) ), I was super excited to take part in the opportunity to purchase the deal. At 00:00 I had my p.c, IPad and Cell app all ready to go only to feel the pain of their online services being completely down or continuously having technical issues until 9:00 am the next morning. (the last time i checked). Five other people i know in my social space also had the same / similar experience with no eventual success, to the point of making us wonder if any other people were actually successful in securing this deal or was it just a marketing ploy to drive us to the site to just see the standard deals? It would be nice to see FNB congratulating all the 150 people who were actually successful in getting the deal. Obviously their full names cannot be shown, but it would at least give everyone else who where unsuccessful reassurance that this wasn’t an advertising campaign just to fool us.:(
