FNB black friday PS5 deal

Was on the FNB app since 23:40 trying to get the black friday PS5 deal, kept on getting an error message and a 403 forbidden access message,finally got in around 1:30 chose the deal, confirmed all the details, got to the last page to confirm the debuit date and acc from which money needs to be deducted and as soon as I clicked on continue, it said Request not processed due to technical issues.

FNB knew that there will be lots of people on the app and they should have had enough resources to assist people.

This is highly unacceptable...

I have been a client for years but I am disappointed with the service.
