Fnb Black Friday Ps 5 deal

Fnb black Friday PS5 5 deal. I was up from 11h50 last night till 4am in the morning trying to secure the deal. I eventually got through, got approved for the console added my address for delivery pressed continue and got kicked out. I have screen shots of my approval and would like to know where my console is. I called fnb connect today with no joy. The Lady just said she can't see anything on the screen. Another consultant said he can see i got the deal but can't access it. Very poor service from the secure chat spent 7hrs there and didn't get to speak to a consultant. Very Disappointed in this bank zero customer service. Fnb please sort this problem out.
