FNB Black Friday ****

FNB is trying to **** me. I, like many other customers waited till midnight to participate in their Black Friday deals. I was fortunate enough to get one of their R187 deals, a PS5 for R187 a month. Unfortunately FNB are trying to use any loophole they can to get out of this, and can’t even find a clause to do so. I contacted them and after proving that they had no grounds to cancel my order I was told a team leader would call me, it’s been four days and no one has called me. I have sent emails and gotten no response. If they had full grounds to actually cancel my order, surely they would have just had a manager call me etc. instead they promise these amazing deals and use any loopholes to get out of it.
