FNB Black Friday ****

The Black Friday deals on FNB are a ****. They mention it is first come first serve but that is a lie. Both my wife and I got into the deals page. I got in a minute after 12 and my wife about 12:07. When I got in, I was not given the option of any black Friday deals. However when my wife got in, she had the Black Friday option, went to the deal we wanted, and as she clicked on the item she as kicked out of the page. She was not on the page for a minute and was kicked out. Out internet connection is stable so that is definitely not the reason. Last year we had similar issues. I was on the page but when I selected my deal, I get kicked out. I would like to see a profile of the people that are allowed these deals. You will see it is a pre selected few based on their profile with FNB. While others are not allowed these deals as we are not as important or big enough clients.
