FNB black Friday ****

This is regards to the one day black Friday deal 😭

I am so disappointed in FNB

Last night the app kept on crashing as I kept on trying, after 3 hours of trying I managed to go through and selected the R185 PS5 deal and got approved, entered the address for delivery and accepted the contract offer and then I got hit with a technical error, this happened twice, the second time I got a form that I'd be contacted back, I filled out the form and I got hit by an error and then I started getting an error message that said that the product is not available in the colour I selected. I feel cheated that after trying so many times and actually getting approved and I don't get it. FNB please do something about it, all I needed was to get my nephews a PS5, please check on your system and honour the offer I got.
