FNB birthday deals

This morning I accessed the FNB birthday deals for black Friday. I tapped the banner 4 seconds after 00:00 and in the queue. roughly 10 minutes later I was given the opportunity to buy my item where I bought a PS5. The contract was approved and successful and was given my order reference number. When I woke up later in the morning, my order was cancelled for no apparent reason. Please assist.
