FNB - Big bosses earn a fortune off the misfortune of others

In January 2022, I have to make the difficult decision (like so many other small business owners affected by COVID) to close a business and the associated account. Clearly, there was zero compassion for those affected by Covid - in fact, they had the audacity to charge R88.00 to close this account. Even better, FNB never got round to closing the account and has been sending me threatening emails and now a letter of demand. I don't think I have been more disgusted by such money-grubbing, corporate greed in my life. I guess they have to keep Jacques Celliers (who earned R49.37 million in their 2018 financial year) and the rest of his "buddies" in style. Shouldn't be a problem - it would only take 561000 people to close their accounts to pay for Celliers for that year. Hopefully, I'm able to assist him in his time of financial need.
